Accommodation is completely self-contained with its own garden and balcony.  There is parking for 1 car.

For a romantic break for 2, wallow in the luxury of lying in a wonderfully comfortable bed looking up at the vast Norfolk skies lit with amazing stars, look left to see fabulous sea views and right to see far across the Holkham estate with endless rolling fields.

Highfields has a sitting room with tv (with Sky Plus), a fully fitted galley kitchen, including dishwasher, overlooking your own private garden with pretty decked area, barbeque and seating.  Cats (ours), chickens (ours) and pheasants are often to be seen wandering by.  There is a brand new luxury shower room with marble washstand and large corner shower.  NB. Downstairs ceiling is beamed and those over 6'2" may find the headroom a little restricting.

Upstairs is a fabulous bedroom with a private balcony for a quiet evening drink overlooking fields and farmland opposite with horses, chickens, geese and many rabbits roaming freely.  Here you can watch marvellous sunsets out to the west, star gaze at the big open Norfolk skies or simply enjoy the amazing sea views out over East Hills.  If you get bored with the views there is 2nd TV (with integrated DVD/CD player and Sky Plus) that you can watch in bed.  Don't forget to pack your favourite music and films.  Broadband WiFi is also available!

Highfields can easily accommodate up to 3 persons - the extra bed (new comfy sofa bed) is downstairs and a junior blow-up bed plus a cot are available for little ones.  We will be happy to help you with your particular arrangements.  Just ask!
