Price includes: All linen (towels, if required) plus Welcome Basket with various items such as tea/coffee/milk/bread/butter/oil/free-range eggs/bacon/wine and other essentials. Parking is available for one car on our drive.
Weekly stays are usually Fri to Fri but please ask if you require something different. The studio is available from 2.00pm on day of arrival and we ask that you vacate by 11.00am on day of departure. Thanks.
1 child under 5 and babies free (cot and/or childs bed with linen supplied). Extra child* (under 12) plus £5 per night.
Sorry no pets - we love them but not all of our guests do! (We can lend DJ and Jasper out if necessary!)

A cheque for 25% deposit is required on booking with remainder being due 4 weeks before start date. If booking is less than 4 weeks away, then the full amount is required on booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY. If you have to cancel and it is more than 4 weeks before start of holiday, the deposit will be refunded. If you have to cancel once the full amount has been paid, we will make every effort to relet but cannot promise to do so. Full amount will be repaid if we can relet for the same period.
